I have visited a handful Optometrists in my life and Dr. David Kepner has been by far the most dedicated to providing excellent service. I felt like he treated me like family. He took his time and made sure I got the best prescription possible. He also conducted a thorough eye exam. Furthermore, I also appreciate that the salesperson did not pressure me to buy glasses there. He simply asked me if I want to buy, I politely declined the offer, he handed me my prescription paper, wished me a good day, and I left.
Dr. Kepner is an amazing doctor. It's rare for me to find any doctor, not just an eye doctor, who is so good at what they do. He asked great questions and really listened to my concerns, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I left my appointment feeling completely at ease with no worries or unanswered questions. His analysis during the eye exam was spot on.
