I went to Pearle and saw Dr. Kepner after I had a less than satisfying experience with my ophthalmologist. Staff at Pearle were warm and welcoming, and very efficient. I had no wait time at all. Dr. Kepner is excellent at communicating what he is doing as he is doing it and he de-mystified the whole process. He explained the process of determining when cataract surgery starts looking like it will be necessary in the near future, and he explained the process of using all the tests that were done to determine the new Rx I need... read more
