Be careful. If you make an appointment and you don't call back to confirm, your appointment gets cancelled, without you knowing about it. My g.p. and dentist keep my appointments when I make them and call me a day or 2 ahead of my appointment to remind me it's coming up. I don't even have to call them back to confirm!! Unless I call you to cancel, you shouldn't cancel mine. It sucks that I have a job and can't answer everyones phone calls. I wish I can sit by my phone all day and wait for it to ring.
