I called even as I was turning into the parking lot. I arrived ONE MINUTE late. They told me “I’m sorry you have missed the cut off. You will have to reschedule.” I had called earlier to let them know where I was and that I would be there soon. The person on the phone said “I will say a prayer that you get here in time.”I literally had raced from downtown to get here. There was ZERO customer service. There was not even a change of expression on the staff faces. I turned and walked out. I surely will not be back!
RecommendedGreat selection of affordable eye wear and the staff were warm, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed to choose the perfect set of frames but I found them quickly anyway. Would definitely return to this location. Thanks to Heidi and the rest of the team!
