I recently had my contact lense exam and the used my VSP to order my new lenses, what they fail to tell you when you arrive, is that the lenses are on a TWO AND A HALF MONTHS BACKLOG WHEN ORDERED THROUGH THEM!! Are you kidding me!!! This place is a Joke!!

The customer service was terrible only one of the people there was friendly the other two very rude I didn't like it at all it took almost 3 weeks and I didn't like that they included things that I didn't ask for and that I had to pay and when I called to ask the question Mrs. Rosa was very rude
Terrible customer service This is NOT first time I've had an issue. Had appoonenr today that I waited a month for. Message yesterday confirmed 1245 appt. Got there at 1230 and was td I need to reschedule because I was late. They took 1230 and 1pm patients in already. Woman fought with me about appt time but you cancel appt.. Even if I were 10in late.. ...whixk I was.not. this is unbelievable and I jabe not.had contacts for a momth. I've waited 6 months before dor.contacts to arrive. Stay clear of this place.
