They fixed my frameless glasses when no other place could. They tightened up other glasses I had as well, both at no charge. I have another pair of frameless to get fixed and I'm bringing them here. When I'm ready to replace the lenses I'm having them do the work. Echo did the repairs and was courteous, professional friendly and did great work. I will 💯 be back.
Absolutely top tier. Anyone with eyes should go here! Angelina went above and beyond, was amazingly helpful, and even able to work with me, and cut lenses for me same day while waiting for my permanent ones with all the fancy features. This relieved a lot of pain and other issues being exacerbated/caused by my old outdated prescription, and she even fixed my old frames! Went to get glasses..I wanted to try Varilux lenses..first, they put in the wrong prescription, returned them without issue. They put in the right prescription and had trouble seeing out of them..I took them to Lenscrafters who told me that the progressive was measured wrong. They suggested I go back to wearing the polycarbonate lenses.They did not have my frame and had to find one from another store. I had gotten another pair from them and instead of getting me a new frame they took my old one apart and " reconditioned " it... read more
Store manager Angelina was amazing and the staff. Angelina helped me pick my glasses and she explains the difference from regular glasses to transitioning glasses thank you Angelina I recommend anyone that has any questions or needs any help.
