Never seen a more rude staff, called after 5 weeks waiting for glasses. First I feel like they create new business hours each day. The women answered the phone and when I asked if the glasses were in, she said I am not sure but I could go check. Why else am I calling? She placed me on hold for 5 plus minutes came back then said no but then asked how the last name is spelled, how did you look the first time? Have seen Dr Hunsicker for years since I was around 13. He takes very good care of me and any issues that come up with my eyes. This visit I had some issues with my eye insurance but Judy went above and beyond to figure it out. Was able to get my glasses ordered and for less than I expected. Grateful for the care I received. Would definitely recommend.
Place isn’t open as listed - second time trying to visit within the last hour and business closed early.
