First I made an appointment just for them to have double booked me, so I had to wait. I re-scheduled out and waited three months for an appointment and they confirmed they accepted my insurance. So after waiting three months, I took time out of my work day to come just for them to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. This is both time lost and money! Absolutely ridiculous! The people scheduling appointments have no idea what they’re doing! Would not recommend.
Awful location! Wait, let me rephrase that. The person left in charge of customer services and relations on August 31 2020 was AWFUL. Completely disrespectful and extremely rude. I went to this location due I had to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses made in a hurry. I had lost my previous pair in the ocean (typical of the location). The prescription I had was within 1 year as well. First of let me say this vision center is amazing! Dr. Jennifer is so very sweet and helpful, went above and beyond for me even though my eyeglasses issue was NOT caused by them or even purchased there! The salesperson that helped me(and I apologize for not knowing her name!) was also AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend using Pearle Vision for all of your vision needs!
