Dr. Andrew Palm was incredibly thorough and attentive during my exam—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Beware if you are from Minnesota, the typical Wisconsin rx policy is to set a one year expiration instead of two years like in Minnesota. If you discuss this matter prior to the exam and if you are in good health without any mitigating circumstances I am confident that Dr. Palm will be accommodating and take good care of you. While I experienced a mix up with one of their customer reps, Dr Palm contacted me back right away and made everything right. All in all a positive experience. Good value, and fast friendly service.
What a GREAT first-time experience with Pearl Vision. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The Optometrist was very thorough and had a good sense of humor :-) The ladies out front were extremely helpful and we were very pleased with their assistance in helping my husband and I pick out new glasses. The discount on prescription sunglasses was also a great buy. We look forward to receiving our new glasses and working with the staff in the future.
