Beware if you are from Minnesota, the typical Wisconsin rx policy is to set a one year expiration instead of two years like in Minnesota. If you discuss this matter prior to the exam and if you are in good health without any mitigating circumstances I am confident that Dr. Palm will be accommodating and take good care of you. While I experienced a mix up with one of their customer reps, Dr Palm contacted me back right away and made everything right. All in all a positive experience. Good value, and fast friendly service.
What a GREAT first-time experience with Pearl Vision. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The Optometrist was very thorough and had a good sense of humor :-) The ladies out front were extremely helpful and we were very pleased with their assistance in helping my husband and I pick out new glasses. The discount on prescription sunglasses was also a great buy. We look forward to receiving our new glasses and working with the staff in the future.
Dr Palm and staff are the best! He is the best optometrist for fitting contacts that I ever have experienced. I highly recommend this place.
I have gone to many local vision places and Pearle is the best. I have been a regular now for years and Dr Palm always makes me feel comfortable and is great at giving me the best eye care! The staff is always friendly and helpful.
We had to go to Pearl due to our insurance coverage. Never again. We both received our glasses and I am unable to wear mine due to bad lenses. My husband had his and needed the lens replaced due to a chip by the bow. He went back again because the same lense and location formed a chip. They wanted $175 to replace the lense. The lenses wereless than a year old due to them replacing it. We will continue to support another eye center!!!!
