I was very pleased to find an eye doctor I can trust to do a great eye exam. My family and I have been coming in for many years and have never had a bad experience. They all seem to really care about taking care of me and my family. Other places treated us like cattle. We have gotten glasses and contact lenses and seeing great now! Very professional and friendly. They also helped me use my vision insurance and confirmed our benefits prior to our exams.
Easily one of the best experiences I've had!! The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked with Chris and he helped me pick out several different pairs of glasses that fit and was invaluable to how amazing my experience was! I would never go anywhere else again.
I was ripped off they double charged me for lenses and tried to claim that was my insurance WHATEVER they refused to do anything about it. Then i wad told my glasses were already done when i called back 30 minutes later after reviewing the receipt to cancel the glasses. When i arrived the next morning i wad told they were not done to come back in 30 to 45 minutes really. ..
Extremely unprofessional, especially their office manager. My husband spent well over $500 for exam, glasses, etc and was told that he would also receive a prescription for contacts. When he went to get contacts we were told he would need to pay an additional $120 for a contact fitting fee. We were lied to numerous times throughout our experience here. I have had glasses since I was 16 - I am now 36 and this is by far the WORST experience I have had. Not with the doctor but with the office staff (Dr. King's staff) - I will say there was some initial fault on my side as I did not know the exact name of the Vision part of my insurance - However, over 20 years I have never had to and I have gone to many doctors over the years.
