Bad experience at this location. After having my appointment and returning to pick up glasses I received my physical prescription and asked for my people every distance or PD and the lady who I assume was the manager flat out refused to give it to me. I asked her why she would not give it to me and she stated she did not want us ordering glasses online. This is one of the worst examples of gatekeeping I have ever seen. This review is for the DOCTOR and LAURA specifically. They were outstanding. The doctor fitted my husband and I for the BEST possible contacts and was incredibly efficient thorough an professional. A few weeks later I forgot about my rebate and my husband was able to get in touch with Laura who took the time to walk me through each step of the process over the phone. I'll be getting my $300 back thanks to her kind support. These two are rock stars!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
My recent experience at Pearle Vision was incredibly frustrating and left me with expensive, incorrect eyeglasses. I opted for their virtual doctor appointment, which I now regret. The prescription I received was wildly different from what I've had for years, and unfortunately, it was completely wrong. To make matters worse, by the time I realized the prescription was off and impacting my vision, I was just past their 30-day return policy, meaning I'm now stuck with very expensive eyeglasses that I can't use. Very disappointed in my choice of going to Pearle Vision for my glasses the reason I chose them was because they had silhouette lenses. I purchased sunglasses & glasses when I picked up my new glasses the left lens was blurry the same with the sunglasses I also purchased the 1 year warrant., finally picked up my new glasses in July with the right prescription wore them until February where my wife noticed a crack in the lens where the arm attached.
