I placed a work order for maintenance that night and they were here the next morning to fix what needed to be done picked up and cleaned after their selves. Got home and everything was secured good job Maintenance team and staff at Pearl, DTC
1st Think twice before moving in on a lower floor. If you live on a 2nd or 3rd floor, wear slippers for the residents below you. The sub flooring in the units is horrible. I can hear loud footsteps from my noisy neighbors that live above me. They have kids and it sounds like they play soccer or something in the living room. They let the kids run back and forth and pound on the floor and walls. It literally shakes my unit. The leasing office says to call the courtesy patrol. I've been living at Pearl DTC for a while now, and honestly, it's been a great experience. From day one, the staff have been super friendly and helpful — any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, they’ve been quick to respond and always professional. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love the updated appliances, ample storage, and the quiet, comfortable environment. Love the Pearl DTC apartments. Not only are they beautiful apartments, but the teams at the property are kind humans who go the extra mile for the residents. Tony & Mike with the maintenance team spent the past two weeks helping to make sure my apartment was in the best shape and really going the extra mile to make sure the apartment is well cared for. This has been an incredible complex to live in, highly recommend checking it out!
Beautiful quiet community in the heart of DTC. This community has a great location and staff, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and the apartments have beautiful features.
