THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH AT YOU. Pearl DTC has the most unprofessional, unreliable, and immature management I’ve ever heard of. Do NOT sign here if you want basic maintenance done, or simply want to be treated with respect. By all accounts, it’s appalling how poorly they treat their residents. Poor management and community care. Save yourself the hassle and rent anywhere else. They actively lie to you throughout the entire leasing process and then later won’t realistically resolve your issues. To the Pearl do yourself a favor and get rid of Greystar they’re ruining the community.
