My youngest son has a quinceancea practice. So I dropped him and my wife off and thought to get the oil changed. I have been going to Pearland Tire and Auto and dealing with Rick Hill for 13 years . i went into the store this past Saturday and found out Rick was no longer with them. I am always willing to give someone a chance, so I talked to Tommy (I think that is what his name was). I asked how long the wait for a oil change was. This place is awesome.... workers were happy and smiling.... took a moment to have a short visit while working.... my 4 new tires were on and double checked ( I watched through the window) and oil changed all in good timing.... they have earned my respect as a customer service based company.... and they were very busy too! Keeping it local!
