Inconsiderate and rude!!!!
The experience at the surgery center was good. Everything went smoothly. However, I overpaid because I set up a payment plan and then thought the payment plan had not worked and then paid off the entire cost and I am still waiting for a refund check from January 30 of this year on April 25! At this point I am told there’s nothing that can be done to escalate the situation but I just have to wait and keep following up on the refund. Way too much work to get back $170. Carelessness with patient finances.
As a 34 year medical professional as a Radiology Technologist, I would have extraordinary expectations in regards to my own personal healthcare. THE STAFF HERE WERE EXCEPTIONAL. Asian nurse or anesthesiologist very rude trying to get me positioned on my stomach with my face in a hole and demanding me do things very quickly very rude. Also, I woke up not once but TWICE While under anesthesia and felt the cuts!!!!!!!
Great experience and the staff is amazing. From front desk today to the recovery staff and meeting the doctor it was great! Would highly recommend!
