I have lived here for over 8 years. I have regretted it many times. We had 3 dumpster for trash before the new owners took it over. Now, we have 2 and they are over flowing often. There are ditches that when it rains at all fill with water. The driveways and road in front of the park are in need of repairs. The rent has increased at least 2 or 3 times to keep up to the price of other nicer parks abd to pay for improvements which has amounted to a very small playground area for the kids.
