The doctor was great and helpful. The girls doing the fitting were polite and offered advise. Great selection of frames.
I will not be returning. I have been going to this location for many years and almost every time have to wait 10 to 20 minutes to get in. I have never complained about that. This time I was 11 minutes late because of traffic and they would not see me. I even called a head from the highway to let them know I was running late and that didn't matter either. instead they saw the next person who was almost an hour early! Horrible customer service!
Great experience with all the staff in Richmond!
Poor quality lens (anti reflect varnish cracks quickly) & bad customer service (no patience for younger customers requiring eye exam & send coupons that are not redeemable). Not going back after 3 chances & 3 bad experiences.
