I've loved this place the moment they put it in the mall. Its a staple and sometimes its my motivator to even go to the mall! Staff is always a delight, their mochi donuts are soft and yummy, the tea is pretty sweet (but its not overbearing) and the milk teas are always so creamy and smooth. Kpop isn't an interest of mine, but I think its super cute that they sell kpop merch on the side (calendars, photo cards I think). Pearl Tea is a fun boba shop inside Columbia Center Mall with a lot of personality and a surprisingly large seating area. The first thing I noticed was the décor. There are hanging lights, colorful artwork, and a large floral display that immediately catches your attention when you walk in.
