I love supporting local & small businesses and that’s why I love taking my grandbabies to this boba shop Every time we’re out shopping! The employees at this shop are extremely kind and helpful, there is no issue whatsoever with the young ladies! My main issue is with management/head staff. I’ve noticed a few times that whoever is in charge can be extremely rude to the young ladies working and it’s become very uncomfortable to witness! Service is super fast! The store is very clean, well-decorated, and good overall vibes. A nice location to sit back and relax or do some work. The Redbull drinks are well made and balanced compared to other flavored energy drinks at their competitors.
I don’t recommend it at all, the drink I had made me sick. I called the next morning, I told her 15 minutes after having my drink it made me sick and if I could have a different drink, I wasn’t asking for a refund but just to make it right and she said not her fault I don’t recommend this place, I recommend going to share tea. They have great service. They actually care about their customers and it’s a positive atmosphere.
I do not recommend this place, 15 minutes after having a Red Bull my stomach was hurting, I called an older lady answered, and unsympathetic and she said not yet fault I make them everyday, All I asked for was for a different drink. I told her I didn’t want a refund, I recommend everyone going to share tea in Kennewick who care about there Customers, angry atmosphere And great service
