I've been to Pearl Sushi many times, and this was easily one of my favourite visits. I started with the gyoza and spring rolls—both hot, crispy and exactly what you want to start the meal. Then came the spicy ramen, and the broth was the standout. Rich, savoury and just spicy enough that you want to go right back in for another spoonful.
