A gal sitting next to me on the plane recommended this place and it was amazing! They have an array of unique bagel selections and delicious cream cheeses. I got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with Mexican (pico de gallo cream cheese). Fantastic, and one of a kind! Haven’t had anything like it, highly recommend all visiting Jackson to stop by and support this business. There’s also a cute outdoor shop near by, that has great outdoor gear and a cute lil pup that loves pets!

Kinda rude, most of them had attitudes. bagel was fine, they don’t toast bagels

To be fair, service itself wasn’t the issue. The place gets busy, so waiting or ordering online is to be expected. It’s also a small space, so I tried to sit as far out of the way as possible. Even so, someone still had to climb over me just to reach a seat that wasn’t very accessible, which was a bit frustrating. My go to is the spicy turkey sandwich on a tomato herb bagel, and it was good as usual. My main complaint was the cappuccino, which was served cold. Don’t recommend tipping until after your experience! No hello, no welcome, no thank you and felt very unfriendly inside as employees openly gossiped about out of state people coming here to ski causing issues with traffic etc 🤷🏻‍♂️ 😂 please please please get kind employees in your future hiring endeavors. Truth is they likely aren’t even from here and moved from Midwest or California leave your attitude next time!
