The counter staff was extra patiently with me and my many questions . The onion bagel and sun dried tomato cream cheese was very delicious. My cappuccino was perfect and the banana/chocolate chip muffin was exceptional! I almost forgot, the side serving of their chicken salad was abundant and made perfectly, not too much mayonnaise and just the right amount of celery, almonds and cranberries. It has lost its touch. Really sad.
Love the change in the shop and cream-cheese amount, but the new bagels are awful. So dry and no flavor. Also, ordered a cinnamon raisin and was given a tomato herb
