I've been going to this place since I was a little kid and it used to be great. Now it's just a pathetic rip off. A sandwich is $15 and barely has any meat or toppings anymore. Also the online ordering is needlessly confusing which was never the case in the past.

Placed an order online for Wilson location. Showed up and waited and waited. Workers glanced at me, never said a word. After 15 minutes of waiting, and over half an hour from ordering, I asked about my online order. They said "oh sorry, the online ordering hasn't been printing. We really just should disable it". So they knew and didnt do anything. I didnt have time to wait any longer. Now, late for work without food or coffee. Workers kept glancing up at me, full turn over. I really enjoyed eating the bagel sandwiches by the water. It was very peaceful. However, I felt like the bagels were a bit hard and small. The flavors were okay though.

Sit awhile by the river. Friendly staff. Little fishing and knick knack shop nextdoor. Yummy treats and all the coffee concoctions. I ordered a blended ice drink for the road after my friend and I chatted out by the river.

They had no eggs at 10 am on a weekday? What kind of bagel place doesn’t have eggs for an egg sandwich? I also don’t like that they won’t toast a bagel. I get the bagel is “warm” but that’s different than being toasted. Staff weren’t the friendliest either. Bagels we got were fine but nothing exceptional.
