I felt pressured to get deep cleaning and root canal when it was absolutely not necessary. I had only gone to get basic cleaning. I suppose they enjoy exploiting patients’ insurance for whatever they can extract. When I insisted on only basic cleaning, I was told I “ no longer qualifies for basic cleaning “. What?? Also I was told that they don’t do deep cleaning in India so it’s better to do it here, what an absolute farce!
