Never met the Dr. However she sends several Np, or Pa…the office staff has improved over the years.
This office is so depressing. We’ve been calling this office since last week to get a return call from Dr. Pearl or Rebekah. I really can’t understand how they run that office. How can you care for patients and won’t even return a call?
They do not ever answer the phone. It’s always we will be calling back and never do. I don’t know what the staff is doing there all day.
Called this office yesterday. Spoke to someone was told we will get a call back nothing. Called today five times and we keep hearing we will receive a call back. As if it’s not enough you get a letter with a bunch of misinformation, you’re stressed trying to reach someone to explain what’s going on and can’t get it. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. You can never reach Dr. Pearl on the line, the PA Rebekah who sent out the letter you can’t get her on the line for an explanation. It's mind blowing to know that I have left messages no one has gotten back to me. My mom is Diabetic and suffers with severe Alzheimers unable to verbalize 100% bed ridden. We have been taking care of her blindly not knowing what her sugar levels are for 4 days now because no one will reach out to me so I can get her prescription refilled. The pharmacy has called as well, nothing! Bad service I am disappointed to say the least.
