Recently visited the laser car wash. I’ve been going here for a few years now but recently it’s really gone down hill. The free vacuums are nice but this is the second time in a row that the car wash didn’t even clean the car. This time the entire left side of my car was still dirty after washing. Prices went up ($16 for this wash) and quality went down. Super disappointed.
Bird poop is still on my car Doesn’t wash the vehicle very well. Still bunch of dirt marks. Only reason I wanted a car wash.. wasted my $
Payment machine was a bit weird but it knocked off crud I honestly didn't think it would. Car say for bout two months clean as a whistle in few mins

Ever since you guys first opened I was so impressed with the level of (technology) sophistication you provided to this city through your Laserwash. I hope that by continuing to support you moving forward that you will be able to afford the necessary upgrades to continue developing your car wash as competitive alternative to the “others” nearby.
