I really wish there was lower than one star. They are the rudest, most incompetent people Ive ever had the misfortune to consistently deal with. Anytime I have a question or comment I have to endure a horrid attitude from the Customer Service Representatives (people who must have lied on their resumes or just simply dont care about their job). Ive called with questions about my account and/or bill and before I can get my question out (not even three words) Im always interrupted by some pompous idiot that knows the answer....... read more
I have never dealt with such rude, arrogant people in my life. Im having my housed switched to gas and getting a gas generator. I will not b forced to deal with these idiots. If i had know i would b forced to, i would have chosen a house outside of this county just to avoid having to put up with these idiots.
