I have only one problem with PRVEPA. I moved out here in 1998 and In 26 years of being here me and our communities power will go off and back on 10-25 times a month. I have called and explained and called and explained numerous times and all you get as an answer is (well we have guys working in the area or copper thieves are doing it, etc…) Guess they have men out here 2 or 3 in the morning and thieves must be out here 8 and 10 in the morning. Lights been off for 24 hrs no storm but where the storm hit they already have Lights make it make sense no one reaches out the people that answer the phone lie all those office they have but seems like they need more help

They don’t kno how to talk to u on the phone and wonder why u pull up mad playing with people money and power
