We are a 40 years customer. Never had any problems with service. Power has rarely gone off. When we did call, a crew always showed up with one hour.
I love having the online payment portal changed and my access deleted without warning. Made even better that no matter how many times I press send email to register for the new one, an email never arrives. I’d get better communication out of a group of cockroaches.

If you are looking for internet service, please make them your last option! I’ve been having this service for a couple of years and everything was great. But this year, they have lacked so hard in providing their customers with what they need and to satisfy them. My service has been suspended before due to late payment but usually they will turn me on as soon as I pay! But this last time, my service didn’t start up until later that evening and when I called, they blamed it on 900 other customers suspended accounts being rest... read more
