I used to go to the regularly and one time I went and I waited and I waited and I waited and the owner (who I would often recommend to people) kept letting people in front of me and he told me outright that they were his more regular customers. On top of that he took apart my engine to check for a timing chain issue and only after he took it apart he told me that it would cost $400 to put it back in labor. I paid it and I'm here providing this review getting my money's worth and making sure that no one else has to.

I had a very disappointing experience, customer service was not good. I called to inquire about pricing, but the call was abruptly ended without any explanation. The representative didn’t even offer a basic courtesy like saying "have a nice day" before hanging up. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was surprising.

I had an awful experience at Pearl River Service Station. I went in for a regular car inspection, which should have only cost $37. Instead, the owner tried to charge me $160 just because my car has tinted windows. I used to go there regularly and recommend them to others, but not anymore. It's really disappointing when you try to support local businesses, and they turn around and try to take advantage of people in the community. I suggest folks in Pearl River take their business elsewhere.a
