I came here for food poisoning, so I wanted to get an IV for rehydration. They said my symptoms sounded like a virus and then never tested me for anything… The nurses don’t seem like they actually care about their patients. Like they’re just there to get a paycheck. They didn’t introduce themselves. I had to start conversations with them to get more comfortable. Took four times to stick me. My wife is there now and they are rude and ignorant and I would take myself to a vet before I would let any of these clowns work on her or me

Our family members have used this ED on multiple occasions. The staff and NP are always friendly, kind, and respectful. I believe and trust in the knowledge and expertise of the Nurse Practitioner. He doesn’t miss a thing when it comes to quality care. I am also impressed with the efficiency of the ED as to triage, placed in room, and the NP exam, labs, xray, diagnosis, and discharge. I went in July and again today. They were excellent both times. Today I made sure to get their names. NP Robin was friendly, personable, intelligent, and really on the ball. Nurse Lori was so kind, caring and great at her job. The CT scan tech was also wonderful and polite. The building is very old and could use a make over but the the floors, beds, equipment, etc are very clean. Wonderful, fast friendly service.
