I've been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. John, James and the rest of the crew are truly master mechanics. No wonder you often see classic cars from the 1950s and 1960s parked in their lot. If the owners of vintage cars trust Pearl River Automotive with their "babies", then you can trust these professionals to do the right thing for your daily driver. Wish I could give them 6 stars for the times they've kept my old car rolling!

Very unhappy with their service, overcharging and sloppy work. Arrogant attitude, overcharges and makes up stories and excuses when the car is not fixed correctly the first time. Did not evaluate the problem properly. My car was shutting down when I stopped or came to a stop. Called John, he had my car towed in. He said it was the alternator and replaced it for $478 plus towing costs. Picked up the car and the next day the same exact problem happened, it shut down when I came to a stop. This shop is the cleanest shop I have ever seen! It is meticulous as is John and Jame's service! I had a family emergency and of out of state move during the time that John and James had my car. They were so gracious to help me while I had to extend my pick up date! Their work matched their service as well. This is a quality shop with an outstanding owner and staff! You can't find businesses with the personal touch anymore. Pearl is the exception!
