They re-plastered our pool in 2021. Their plaster job started failing after 4 years. They initially came out and patched 3 failed areas (after many emails and phone calls). One year later, more areas failed and after many phone calls and emails, their manager Dave Turfle came to our site. He refused to take any responsibility for the failing plaster job. I recently had our pool coping stones replaced and the deck enhanced by Pearl Pool in Raleigh. Chris Brosnan was the representative for the company, very articulate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The work crews were polite and diligent! They took extra effort to keep the area clean after removing the old stones. End result is a fabulous pool, couldn’t be happier. John Johnson

Last Spring we had our pool refinished and retiled by Pearl Pools. By the end of the summer, all the grout above the tile line was cracking and falling out. I reached out to our contact repeatedly throughout the fall and spring. I was told to email photos (I did), then text photos (I did) and then told to send them to someone else in operations (I did).
