Our experience with Pearl Pools resurfacing our pool with a quartzite finish was very positive. We had a few other estimates, but ultimately, our decision to contract with Pearl was solidified by their team member, Chris Brosnan. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had and very quick with returning phone calls. His overall customer service was excellent. The pool was done when they said it would be done, and it came out beautifully.
Update 10/24/25 What a remarkable change…One of the worst contractor experiences has turned into one of the best. After sending pictures of tiles falling off, the manager, Donnie, came and looked at the shoddy work. He promised to make it right - and he did. He had the pool completely retiled and refilled with water. We are so pleased with the outcome. I can't say enough great things about Chris, and the work he made happen. My pool was cracking, and Pearl was recommended by a pool professional I trust. As my contact throughout the project, Chris was always helpful, kind, and made sure the work was done properly. I truly can't imagine working with anyone but him! He really made a stressful experience so much better! Thank you, Chris, for everything!
Disappointed in the complete disregard for others safety when driving. This man was on his phone swerving and coming over into lanes. Please don’t be selfish and focus on the road.
Our experience with Pearl Pools was very positive. We had both the tile and plaster replaced on our 17 year old pool and while the price quoted was rather high, it was definitely worth it for the quality of the materials and workmanship.
