One of the elevators has been out of service for several months, causing very long wait times in the lobby. Management has provided little to no communication to residents about when it will be repaired. I would avoid this place if possible.
Sales office does not pick up the phone even during what you think would be regular office hours. If you want to sell units pick up the phone and answer to potential customers questions. Pretty frustrating Reading some other reviews, current residents please put more posts/information online about flooding and management issues described, others would like to learn more.
Flooding issues and elevators being down multiple times a week meant having to walk all the way up to my unit. It was stressful and really inconvenient. Management’s communication and response were slow and unhelpful
Management was much better prior to COVID till they switched company and a few different managers. That said, cleaning people and security are great (except one security guy I'm afraid.. you should know who I am talking about ;).
Lived there. It’s a nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Has a gym, pool and dry sauna. Beautiful neighborhood, with nice nearby parks and restaurants.
