Pearl Place Condominium is a modern residential tower in the heart of downtown Toronto, offering stylish units with spectacular city views. The building features comprehensive amenities including a fully equipped fitness center, perfect for maintaining an active lifestyle. Multiple elevators provide convenient access throughout the tower, connecting residents to their homes and amenities with ease
Firealarm testing happens very often. Several alarms go off at very random times of a day and takes surprisingly long time to finish. Usual firealarm testing lasts 1 hour+. It is very disruptive, unpleasant and seemingly incompetent.
The elevators are frequently out of service, and management does not handle issues effectively. There is no visitor parking available. Garbage odors often spread through the hallways, and the gym is poorly equipped with insufficient machines.”
