It's so disappointing when you first arrive everything is great but once you start settling down you notice things going bad, specially with the office lack of communication, never answer phone, emails or messages through app. It's really frustrating, when you go to the office it's closed. The emergency phone is the same phone as the office so you'll be wasting time. Issues don't get resolved at a timely manner, even when you're patient and let them deal with it. I would not recommend this place.
When we first moved in here, we didn’t have any issues at all! Everything went smooth and did everything right we liked that we were close by to many places so that was a plus! The only thing I just didn’t like from my experience is that they stoled our car from the complex, the maintenance does a good job on requests but when it came to my dryer not drying properly they said they couldn’t mess with it because if there was birds nests so I’ve been stuck re drying my clothes a couple times because the birds come in through a ... read more

Toured and liked the complex. Submitted an application. The manager Wilber called back asking for a $900 risk fee stating I had 3 felony convictions at which time I asked for a copy of my background check once he sent it I reviewed it and called back to let him know I have misdemeanors NOT FELONIES. They then changed the risk fee 2 times after that. We decided against moving here. When applying he stated the $100 administration fee would be returned to our bank account almost 2 months later still nothing. My mother called an... read more
