I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Costco Optometry in El Centro, CA. I scheduled my appointment well in advance on 8/18 or 8/19 for Saturday, 8/23, due to insurance and doctor availability. I arrived 20 minutes early at 4:10 PM to check in, and by 4:20–4:25 PM I was called in for the initial tests. I expected to be seen by the doctor shortly after, as my appointment was for 4:30 PM.
