Deficient communication skills with staff.. not professional
I have been coming here for a while, but my experience today with Ann was unlike anything I've experienced before. She was kind, understanding, willing to listen to my ideas and overall highly skilled!!! It felt like I was getting my nails done by a friend. Will be coming back soon :)
Went in to get a mani and pedi for vacation and it was great! Friendly staff, clean facility, lots of parking in the rear, good price. Special shout to to Annie that did a fabulous unicorn chrome nail. They look so awesome!! You can show Annie any picture and she can recreate the nail design.
I have had only had wonderful service at Pearl Nails. The salon is beautiful and spotless and the service is 1000% Fantastic.
I get my pedicures done here regularly and the customer service is amazing! I’d recommend to get your nails done here for everyone
