Great first experience - will be back! Was especially impressed by Anne’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to be sure I love my nails (and I sure do!)

Never had shellac before- and even though I said this to him- he didn't explain to me that this polish doesn't air dry, just got mad when I didn't know to put it under UV. Also, they cut 5/10 of my fingers, 1 particularly badly. I don't necessarily expect an apology because it happens, but there was no clean-up and not even an acknowledgement. I literally left with dried blood on one of my cuticles. Pricing was fair though, guess you get what you pay for.
Had an appointment for a pedicure at 10am when they open, nail tech didn't show up until 10:30. The pedicure was not good, usually my feet are soft after- they are rough. He rushed through it. Didn't do a 3rd coat of the light pink require, my friend got 3 coats and her tech showed up at 10am. The wet towel he used at the end to wipe my feet was cold.
