I have been a customer for around 4 years and I think this business may of changed hands. The staff are bordering on rude and are consistently talking to each other in another language . Also not as clean as it used to be. Three different people doing my nails in one seating , and I'm just not going back any more. I have invested in a DYI Glam drip system and I couldn't be happier. A big win for my pocket .

WARNING!! Do not get your lashes done here!! 🤬 The “technician” and I use that term lightly, was aggressive, rude and argumentative!! When I pointed out that my lashes were not up to standard even by the photo charts definition, she became extremely arrogant and loud, arguing that if I didn’t pay she would call security!! I would have been happy to chat to them but needed to leave as I had a prior engagement. The back work area was dirty and unhygienic!! She didn’t even wear gloves and her hands were unwashed and smelly! Sh... read more
