Highly disappointed. First time there I am in a wheelchair yet perfectly fine in the head and was treated as if I was incapable of talking for myself. Also overcharged the person that did my nails went too fast did not follow my instructions as how to do my finger nails!!
My nail tech Ben did an amazing job! This place is so much better than any other place I've been to! I've had my cuticles cut down too short at other places, but here they took my nail health into account and were so nice. I love these nails sooooo much!
Came back yesterday. I was really disappointed with the customer service. Me and my friend got the organic package and we did not receive the foot mask. Then I was charged 5 dollar extra for gel removal which is understandable but being from Houston and my local places I go to I never was charged for that service before. I probably won’t come back especially because it is more on the pricy side and when I asked for what I was paying for I was lied to.
