Purchased a 2010 Lexus Gx and the extended warranty Shortly after the transmission went out. We returned the Lexus and contacted the warranty company they replaced the transmission with a transmission from Lexus. It was backorder so a little bit of a weight. I was given a loaner while my car was fixed. They never avoided me or put me on the back burner and that means a lot to the average blue-collar worker We appreciate it very much.
