I bought this mantle in September 2018 and 6 months later it started showing signs of the wood splitting. the top piece on the back corners have split from the side pieces. unfortunately the site I bought it from only had a 2 month return window. I have addressed with a review to wayfair but have not heard anything since I did. my disappointment comes in that I thought this was a mantle that would last for some time and that if I had a problem this company would fix it.
Mantel came scratched with wrong instructions to hang!

Just getting ready to Christmas decorate our Pearl mantle for the third time. We bought it just over 2 years ago and have completely enjoyed it. It has the high-end look of those costing many times more and we've been very impressed with it's look and quality. I was just browsing for a new 1 piece wrought iron screen and thought I'd send the compliment while I'm thinking about it! I can highly reccomend Pearl Mantles. (And PS - I love the little trademark pearl!)
