I scheduled an appointment as a new patient to establish care with Dr. Lim. I traveled all the way to Larchmont only to be told at the front desk that the doctor was not in that day. I was never notified in advance — they claimed a text was sent, but I received nothing. As a new patient making the effort to start a relationship with a new doctor, this was a very disappointing and disorganized first experience. Dr Lim is excellent. She is so caring and smart. She always listens and helps navigate issues together. Kathleen at the front desk is also an asset to this office !!
