Went there with family, reservation for larger parties (4+) recommended as the restaurant gets quite busy at dinner time. Pretty good value for the amount of food you get. (Lots of vegetables and free ice cream too!) Concept of individual hot pot has been done elsewhere but Pearl Hot pot remains more of a “hidden gem” and less well-known on social media.
The service was so bad I couldn’t sleep, the injustice of paying a tip for money wasted kept me up all night! If you want to close right at 9:30, then don’t take reservations after 8:30! As soon as we walked in we got dirty looks, and the tone was so bad I thought I owed them money I hadn’t paid back.
