Always supportive and helpful
I have had a great overall experience at Pearl. All the providers I have seen at Pearl over the years have been helpful and compassionate. Lael Reynolds is my current provider. She is incredibly supportive and instrumental in my mental wellness path.
Great staff! Very caring and compassionate towards clients. Love the new billing system! Easy to use and takes me right in without having to log in and remember a username/password.
Can’t recommend Pearl and their staff more! I’ve been seeing my counselor for over 10 years and can’t imagine going to anyone else. They got me in as often as possible when I was at my worst and called when I was on the cancellation list. I love my counselor so much that I attempted to keep our appointment despite being in active labor with my 1st child!
