Unable to get ahold of anyone on the phones ever. I went ahead and sent an email regarding my situation. I check my account a few days later and I am unable to log in, my email had been removed and so has my phone number. Very stressful, please do better. I wish I could come in person but I also work full-time. Why can’t I get help through the phones?
