Kyra is very helpful and polite
Kyra was super friendly and very welcoming. She greeted me, made eye contact, and had great posture. I had a little hard time finding the location, but Kyra made it seem as if it was okay. Set the tone and atmosphere to calm me. She was overall excellent and also offered things that could help me in the long run. I love it. I was kind of distressed to think but Kyra made it comfortable for me. Alamoana Branch.
I dont have to visit the credit union often, and I almost forgot how wonderful the service is here. There are rarely long lines and I have always been waited on quickly. Tellers seem to know their jobs well and act accordingly. Tino helped us the last couple of times and he is excellent in servicing his customers!
Kyra was quick, professional and courteous during my transaction. All anyone can ask for. Thank you!
