This was one of the most disappointing medical appointments I’ve ever had with Dr. Pearl. From the moment I met with him, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and as though my concerns were being treated as a joke rather than taken seriously. The medical assistant was very pushy about birth control, even after I clearly stated that it is not something I am interested in because it does not align with my personal and religious beliefs. If I could give negative stars I would. This was the most painful Pap test I have ever had in my 60+ years! I’ve never experienced pain during this test before. And when I complained to the doctor that it was extremely painful he was irritated and told me that I needed to stop pushing back and relax. No you need to be a lot more gentle when inserting a metal object into a vagina without any lubricant! Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to this doctor again and I recommend you don’t go there either.
Everybody has very nice and the dr. Explain everything
Dr. Pearl is kind, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. Highly recommend!
