RECEPTIONIST is EXTREMELY RUDE!! I've been calling for more than five times to inform her that I will be late for the appointment but nobody's picking up the phone. When I reached there she yelled at me saying that I should call earlier. Im trying to tell her that I've been calling and nobodys answering but she wouldn't let me speak. Instead raised her voice at me!!!
