Most recent visit was sub par. After stating we did NOT want to spend too much money on a setting, the sales lady Becks kept pulling out pieces out of our budget. After I stated I wanted something simple and plain, she kept pulling out decorated settings. When she realized we weren’t dropping hundreds of dollars on a $20 pearl, her attitude quickly changed as if she was annoyed with our presence. My mom and I really appreciated Becks being patient with us while we decided what we wanted. She answered all our questions and showed us all different types of settings and chains. Great experience!
Such a lovely experience, the lady who helped me was so patience and I really appreciate it her. I love my new pearl so much.
Very neat experience here, just be sure to negotiate pricing and stand your ground with that price even after you uncover the pearl.
I have done this every trip! We always have the best experience and this time was even more magical!! Becks was so helpful and kind! I’ll always be back because of the wonderful quality and above and beyond customer service! Bonus, we also got huge pearls (pick the ugliest oyster you can find)
