The woman working the kiosk at Disney Springs on 06/05 around 6:30 was one of the rudest people I’ve seen in customer service. We collect pearls and incorporate them in displays. When my partner asked if they had any display mounts (not jewelry), the woman made a face and, in a condescending tone, responded “pearls are meant to be worn.” When we explained that pearls can be utilized in a variety of ways, she rolled her eyes. Awesome finish to an amazing day at Disney Springs with my sister. We wanted to get memorable souvenirs to commemorate our day. Becks was so nice, and she helped us pick up oysters for our personalized jewelry. She made our experience magical. We will cherish these forever. Great experience.
The woman that was working was rude and very pushy. I will take my pearl to someone else to set. At one point I witnessed her treating a young couple very disrespectfully because the didn’t have the exact change to pay. This was the last time I visit this location!
