My friend and I cracked open 2 oysters and got 2 beautiful pearls out of them. Nikole helped us and she was amazing, super attentive, helpful, and informative. She really made the experience great for us and helped us pick out our pendants. 10/10 would recommend

me and my besti went to pearl factory on 2-21 around 7ish. the lady looked and sounded like she didnt wanna be there. i really wanted to do this and i was disappointed in the experience. i got my pearl and she was trying to get me purchase jewellery even though i already told her i already have one and then she even gave me an attitude. i shouldve payed attention to the past reviews…. We went to disney springs for a outing for my sons birthday and i had my whole family with us about 8 people. We walked around and he seen this plcae he wanted to get a pearl. I deliberately sought this place out. Approx 16 years ago I had found this little hidden gem 💎 while waiting to go into the pirates dinner and lost my pearl from that night. I was pregnant with my now youngest and my oldest was just a little one. It has been our first trip back to Orlando area since that day many moons ago.
