Happened upon this shop while walking through the port area during a recent cruise. Initially, looked at rings and wanted to check some other options. I do not recall the lady's name who assisted us but all three we saw and/or spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We ultimately purchased a piece of jewelry from Na Hoku next door. This small place was an awesome find! My fiancée got lucky and opened a rare silver pearl, and Chelsea was amazing the whole time! Mahalo!
Beautiful pearls. Fun experience but somewhat disappointed. Ultimately love what we purchased but were only shown $400 and up settings after being told they ranged from 80-1000. We asked to see simple silver settings and only shown white gold and yellow. After purchase we heard the other salesperson telling someone they had silver. Then we got a ‘free’ pearl and was all of the sudden shown a simple setting that was hundreds less. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store. I went to Na Hoku and bought a sterling silver necklace for my mother. I had a pearl with a drilled hole from the previous day at the Pearl Factory and wanted to get a sterling silver pendant for it from the pearl factory after I bought the necklace. I went next door to the Pearl Factory and despite asking four times for sterling silver, the saleslady kept making excuses, insisting that I should get white gold pendants instead.
