We’ve hired Justin from Pearl multiple times, including installing all new smart ceiling fans with remotes, new switches and replacing outlets. He is professional, friendly and a great communicator. Priced fairly. Highly recommend!
He canceled our first appointment 5 minutes after the start time. I asked him to come out to look at my ungrounded outlets, told him the ground wires were there and he told me they were just for show, looked at my fuse box and that was it. Didn't test a single outlet, didn't look at the wires. I expected him to be able to locate the ground wires and ground them. Didn't do a single thing then charged me $80 which was unexpected since the site I booked it on said service calls were free. Which he blamed on the site.
