Dr. Chu is a great dentist. She can handle tough problems, like my two broken teeth that needed extracted yesterday. Those extractions took 1 and a half hours to complete. but Dr. Chu had the tenacity and professionalism to complete the jobs successfully. She also took care of a difficult root canal with great success She has earned my admiration and trust with her highly skilled dentistry. I have called many times and no one ever answers the phone. I leave messages and still don’t get a return call. I left messages over a month ago requesting an itemized bill and still have not received a return call or a bill.
