Saw the female dentist a couple of years ago. She wanted to do a root canal and crown but I said I had to think about it. I just wanted the tooth filled. Told me she couldn’t fill it. I went home and a couple of hours later they called saying she looked at the wrong side of X-ray and now she can fill it. I did let her fill it because they could see me right away. The female dentist NEVER apologized. If I would not have waited I would have paid for a crown when it was not needed.
Dr. Chu is a great dentist. She can handle tough problems, like my two broken teeth that needed extracted yesterday. Those extractions took 1 and a half hours to complete. but Dr. Chu had the tenacity and professionalism to complete the jobs successfully. She also took care of a difficult root canal with great success She has earned my admiration and trust with her highly skilled dentistry. Excellent staff—kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The front desk coordinator was proactive in explaining my insurance and also scheduled me in within a week after I waited over a month elsewhere. Highly recommend
