I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Absolutely speechless by the appalling behavior by Karen. So I am going to write it here. First of develop a habit of listening. I made that comment cause you could only lie and delay in sending my documents. You can only rob a customer once and If I decided to simply change my doctor, it should not be a problem. If you are in service industry then at least start respecting your clients. You can block me and I don't think that you can treat people how you like.
