Dr Karanth is very knowledgeable and explains the treatment clearly. She makes sure patients understand what is being done and why. She shares funny stories that help us feel relaxed.

We've been coming to Dr. Cretana Karanth office for the past 5 years-ever since my son was in elementary school-and I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Now that he's in his last year of middle school, it's amazing to look back and see how well his teeth have been cared for over the years.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was a patient at Pearl Dental for the last 3 years and was abruptly dismissed after rescheduling an appointment that the dentist herself rescheduled for me. I was given no warning, and the decision felt retaliatory and unfair. More concerning is the lack of respect I consistently felt from the office manager, Candice.
