Had breakfast 🍳 this morning and it was just like home cooking, I told my wife, look at this simply done omelette, just like something we would fix and not like some kind of restaurant special 😋. Then after touring Micanopy shops and historic downtown went back for the best BBQ 🍖 around, 1 lb. of brisket , 1/2 slab of ribs, and a 1/2 a chicken 🐓, with their sauce to bring home and enjoy. The friendliest staff around and a good ole’ Florida Cracker atmosphere , gotta’ ❤️ it !
Hands down the best barbecue I have ever had in my life. stumbled across this place a few years back on my way back from a vacation and Iwouldn't consider traveling through the area without stopping for some brisket. I have literally planned my days around being able to stop there on a trip. One warning for barbecue connoisseurs though, once you've had Pearl's barbecue you will be disappointed with every other barbecue place you ever visit after that.
The ribs and beef brisket was outstanding not DRY pull right off the bone and the Oreo cheesecake is to die for fresh and homemade.
