Not the *worst* but wouldn't recommend either.... My experience with these guys goes back a ways. At least I can say they've managed to stay in business for quite a long time. But I had issues with them ranging from an employee (ex-employee?) spamming my email address to being unresponsive when our company tried to sign up to use them as an alternate on-site service provider for our Dell warranties. PROS: Not a "fly by night" business! CONS: Just nothing redeeming about them... and a few hassles.
Consistent IT Work I've worked with Pearl Computing since 1998 when I was saddled with getting a server and network up and running. They bailed me out then and have been a consistent performer ever since -- and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Curtis Simms -- there's nothing this guy can't do in the IT support/networking area...MCSE, A+, he's totally qualified. Fast Service and Dependable Our company uses this place exclusively for our out-of-warranty computer equipment. I had never heard of them and haven't priced around, but they have given us fast and reliable service in the three years I have been with the company. As the last poster stated, there were a few employees that didn't make the grade, but what place is perfect when it comes to that? PROS: Quick turnaround time, able to relay problems quickly CONS: Not really a central location for our business
