Received car repair service back on 7/10/20 and the experience was not only disappointing but I was recommended by a Lexus rep and I trusted their input on this business and their quality of service however this was not the service that I experienced. RecommendedI am so thankful to Joe Nettles and his crew at Pearl Collision. I brought my Ford F-250 in to be repaired because of vandalism. I was amazed at the quality of their work. Everything was done in a timely fashion. This is the third vehicle I’ve brought to them and every time I was very pleased.

They won't honor service post getting paid so make sure it's done correctly before you leave. Don't cut them any slack or risk getting bitten and stuck with repairs.
