I went to several glass shops to try and repair a window that was broken when I was at work and I can honestly say Pearl city glass is by far the most customer centric shop around. From the moment I called in I was greeted with not only enthusiasm but a genuine want to help that I could feel through the phone. Glass replacement was great, convenient and fast. Use them before others.
We ordered glass for our balcony, when they delivered it, it was the wrong size. They took it back to be resized 2 days later. They delivered the resized one about 2 days after and it still did not fit. Called them to resize it again and they will pick it up maybe tomorrow. I don't recommend. Also the receptionist that takes calls is lazy and a liar. When we asked to talk to the owner she said that he was not at the shop. When he was called directly, apparently he was. Needed to replace my bathroom mirror with a custom size. The people at pearl City Glass Shop were kind and very professional and very fast. they helped me from picking the thickness to loading the finished piece into my car. Would definitely recommend 10/10!
I was looking to have a glass cover for my new dining room table. Lady in the front was completely rude, almost as if I was bothering her with my order. Would not recommend service
