The Shigeo Ushiro Manana park is neglected. Grass grows to over one foot tall. Debris from a broken bus shelter has been piled onsite for several months. When I called the parks office, I got a store in Mississippi. Then I called the number listed for Pearl City parks and it was disconnected. Out tax dollars are paying people who don't care about the community. Is anyone resposible for this public service????
